Junior Pope Revived, Hospitalized As Mortuary Attendant Confirms He Was Still Alive

Nollywood actor Junior Pope Odonwodo, popularly known as Jnr Pope is still alive after rumours that he tragically passed away.

Junior pope is not dead yet, the mortuary attendant said there’s life still in the body.

Reports had indicated that he lost his life during a boat trip for a film shoot. Emeka Rollas, the National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria also confirmed that the actor’s body has been taken to the morgue. Additionally, three crew members are still missing following the boat’s capsizing after colliding with another vessel in the River Niger area of Anambra State.

Just before the incident, Junior Pope had shared a video of himself in a speedboat without a life jacket, expressing concern about the risks involved in entertainment.

Condolences from fellow Nollywood actors are pouring in on social media platforms to pay tribute to the late actor.

The actor is currently at the Water Shrine for rituals. Videos making rounds online showed the actor still breathing and being taken to the shine.

Actress, Uche Nnanna also confirmed the news as she stated that what God cannot do doesn’t exist. She called for prayers for him as she revealed that he was still alive
