PDP Shocks INEC, APC, Storms Court With Election Ballot Boxes As Evidence

The Peoples Democratic Party presented boxes and containers of evidence in the ongoing Presidential Election Petition Court today and shocked the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC). Counsel to PDP, Chris Uche, SAN, informed the court that they have prepared a schedule of documents to prove their case, including Form EC8A downloaded from INEC result viewing portal, IREV, from various local government areas in four states.

The APC, Tinubu and INEC counsels objected to the documents related to five LGAs in Kogi state, but the chairman of the Presidential Election Petition Court, Justice Haruna Tsamani, accepted and admitted all of them as evidence. PDP also presented Form EC40G for Kaduna state and BVAS accreditation data with details stamped for 33 states, although they were not admitted by the respondents.
