The activities of some of our uniform armed security personnel especially the Police officers of recent is so barbaric, uncivilized and anti- human.
Seems set loose with a command to silence every civility voice, to lay or cuffed out life in the State.
The citizens are now locked out by these few disgruntled Police officers fighting against humanity.
Today, 27th of August a Police officer Shut a POS Lady at AGIP by Ada George junction.
The signals following in our fibres now have it that some police officers chased a transporter up the Agip junction by Ada George.
According to the source when the Police double crossed the passengers bus, and made their demand to the driver to give them some money, the driver, in his defence said that he has no money to pay and that he wasn’t aware that he was being chased by the Police.
“I just stopped here to drop the passengers that are coming down here, I don’t know if you Police are pushing me, accusing me of running from arrest, from where to where, from the Police?”
A trigger hungry officer rearranged his assault rifle, cocked his rifle to show strength, the happy trigger hungry officer pulled his smart finger, and before the sound could be heard a POS Lady sitting under her umbrella by the side of the road was laying in her own pool of blood, gapsing for life.
Passengers and others at the bus stop rushed the innocent lady with the bullet in her, sucked in her blood to the nearby health facility – Palmas Hospital.
Health officers at the Emergency in the Clinic are battling to save the life of the poor lady.
Seeing what the gallant Police officer has done, other Police Officers jumped into their vehicle and zoomed off leaving the happy hungry trigger Police officer to his fate, an action…. OYO-on your Own), the trigger hungry officer trying to order a Keke to carry him out of the spot, to escape was held by the operators of the bus stop and others.
The Agip Police station was contacted but no reply till now.
All effort by the staffs of the Emergency unit to bring back life to the young man in his prime, could not.
The corpse of the young man whose life was cut short by a bonafide Police officer, of the Rivers State Command has just left the hospital in. In a yellow body sack, as hundreds of sympathizers flooded the hospital with heads bowed in woes.
