Medical Doctor Arrested For Child Trafficking Not Known To Us- NMA

The attention of the Chairman of Nigerian Medical Association Rivers State Branch has been drawn to the Media report following Press briefing by the Nigerian Police on the arrest of a medical doctor over an allegation of child trafficking.

Nigerian Medical Association Rivers State has carried out a detailed investigation on the background and status of Dr. Ihekwumere a.k.a Dr Hagi who is not a registered member of NMA RS or any of her affiliates.

Following our investigation, the Chairman NMA RS Dr. Ebbi Robinson will brief the press tomorrow, 30.10.2023 to respond to issues and findings by NMA RS.
