Voters, Residents Of Abuja File Suit Challenging Tinubu Swearing In

Major Lawsuit Filed On behalf of Abuja Residents/Voters, at the Federal High Court Abuja, to Stop the swearing in on May 29th 2023, until the determination of the question of 25% vote requirement of the FCT, as stated in our constitution , is determined by the Election Petition Tribunal.

That means, if the Presidential Election Tribunal likes , they can keep delaying, but this injunction will ensure that our Constitutional Democracy is Preserved, and Nobody will be sworn in who did not fulfill the constitutional requirement.
