A passerby who first shared the photo online said  “Don’t know weather the  baby is still alive. But that Police officers are right close to the manhole doing stop and check

Another resident of the area said the baby is Dead  The Police is aware of the scene since early morning and that the baby was discovered at about 5AM on Tuesday morning

As at the time of filing this report People are clustering around the manhole.  An eyewitness express concerns that somebody might fall inside the partially open manhole,  Though it was partially covered with somebody’s call to glory banner

EWR is waiting for police reactions for update as residents are anxiously calling on Nigeria police, Rivers state government to evacuate lifeless Body of the  baby still left inside the manhole
