A Security analyst  and human rights activist Prince Wiro Has explained that the newly deployed Commissioner of Police,CP Bala Mustapha will have a lot of work to do especially mopping up of firearms from gang leaders and non-state actors recruited by mischievous politicians as a result of the crisis in Rivers.

• Pro – Wike Supporters camp at Ogba/Egbema/Ndoni Local Government Secretariat prevents pro – Gov. Sim Fubara Council Chairman from gaining entrance.

However the executive Chairman of Oyigbo Local Government Council, Hon. Dr. Gift Okere takes over Oyigbo Council Secretariat. The vice chairman and the 10 elected councilors have been sworn-in as administrative activities begin immediately.
