Fire Outbreak Disrupts Flight Operations At The International Wing Of Murtala Muhammed Airport in Lagos

A fire outbreak has occurred in a section of the primary gateway airport of the Murtala Muhamad International Airport in Lagos

The outbreak of the inferno was attributed to a malfunctioning cable on the Tarmac, Tribune reported.

The fire is said to have damaged a portion of the FAAN administrative office the previous night

“All passengers and staff were asked to evacuate the building while the Lagos State Fire service was on hand to complement that of the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN).”
