Peter Obi, Datti, Atiku, Ifeanyi Okowa And Tinubu Conspicuously Absent In Court As PEPT Delivers Judgement

The Presidential Election Petition Court, PEPC has commenced the process to deliver judgment in the petitions filed against President Bola Tinubu by three of his challengers with unarmed troops of Niger Delta activist, Asari Dokubo hovering around the court premises in their chants for the president.

Recall that Tinubu is out of the country is represented by Vice President Kashim Shettima and APC national chairman, Dr Umar Ganduje.

Though Peter Obi is absent he is represented by his national chairman of Labour Party, Julius Abure. Neither Atiku nor his running mate, Senator Ifeanyi Atiku is in court. However, present is the acting national chairman of the PDP, Umar Damagum. However, their counsels are fully represented.

Meanwhile, youths dressed in black and red attire branded with the name of the ex-militant leader Asari Dokubo have taken positions close to the court in the vicinity of the Bullet Building near the court.
