OSPAC Vigilante Accused Of Pulling Trigger That Killed One, Injured 5 In The Akpajo- Elelewon Land Dispute

It was OSPAC that pulled the trigger. They were numbering over 30 persons. All armed in company of some youths from Elelewon. I saw them myself.

He appeared this morning with a fleet of OSPAC men, youths from Elelwon and a bulldozer, clearing the place and pushing down existing building, Claiming to be implementing and executing a court order.

The Eleme LGA Chairman was reliably informed and he went their for sight seeing.

Some youths of Akpajo on hearing the Chairman was there, came to the site but immediately the OSPAC team saw them, with a premeditated motive, they opened fire on the directive of the OSPAC Commander.

The youths from Akpajo hadn’t even a stick on them.. There coming was to show the chairman solidity and also narrate their own part of the dispute but this hired OSPAC men didn’t even give them the chance to come close..

This happened Right in front of the council Chairman.

The question the chairman asked was, when did OSPAC become enforcers the law to be used to carry out whatever order they claim to have..

As we speak, the Area commander of Eleme Police Area Command, DPO of Akpajo and others have visited the scene. The matter have since moved to the office of the Police Commissioner..
