Governor Soludo took to his verified Facebook account to share the significance of the occasion, revealing that this traditional marriage was the first in his family in the past 142 years. He attributed the long gap to the rarity of female children in the Soludo family, a trend that he has fortunately reversed with the birth of his four daughters

His daughter, Adaora, marriage in a grand ceremony held on Saturday at his hometown, Isuofia, in Aguata Local Government Area. The event attracted numerous dignitaries, including key members of his administration and representatives from his in-laws’ family in Onitsha.
