The court also restrained Zubi Dike from parading as the Legal Adviser of APC in Rivers State.

The court Presided over by Justice Kio granted the Deputy Chairman of Rivers APC, Omiete Eferebo, to act as the Chairman of the party pending the determination of the Motion on Notice.

Meanwhile, the spokesperson of the APC in Rivers state Darlington Nwauju has described the restraining order as a ‘black market injunction’.

He said the intention is to scuttle the legal moves of the APC Governorship candidate, Tonye Cole, to reclaim his mandate.

He called on the National judicial commission to step in and deal with erring judges.
