Rivers CP Deploys Tactical Teams To Ensure The Release Of Kidnapped Journalist

A Porthacourt based journalist was said to be adopted on her way home from work on Friday night.

A message from her colleagues who raised the alarm said her family called to to inform her boss and other to seek for intervention and the text reads thus:

“The Director of Administration, RSBC, Pastor Ebi Ogolo called me this morning that our Director of News, Mrs. Priestba Anthony Nwokocha was kidnapped along Slaughter to YKC yesterday evening with the hour 7pm to 8pm on her way home from work. Please, we need your assistance to reach out to all relevant security agencies for her quick release. Thanks”

Reacting to the news of the Kidnap, The police public relations officer Grace Iringe koko in a text message to Journalist inquest said the commissioner of her mandated tactical teams to ensure that madam Priestba is released to her family

“The Cp has mandated tactical teams to ensure she regain her freedom and reunite with her family members”
