Man Leaves A Text Message, Hand Written Note For His Neighbor, Commits Su!cide In Osogbo

The deceased also left a message, according to a broadcaster, Adetunji Akanbi Alatata, who shared the incident on his Facebook page on Monday.

He wrote: “Leaving a note and a text message for his neighbor, a man commits suicide in Osogbo.”
Though the details of the incident were still sketchy as at the time of filing this report, in the text message, he wrote: “It will be easy to call people on my phone. And don’t shout or cry, I thanks.”

In the note, he wrote: “Before you call anybody, check messages on my phone.”

Social media users have responded to this incidence in all kinds of ways, with some attributing it to depression.

Olabisi Abiodun Taofeek: “He would have tried to talk to people, I’m sure maybe he had taken to his social media spaces to also call for help. He is a man, society doesn’t really send us. Alihamdulilah I didn’t take such step in 2023. It was a call that saved me and that my friend doesn’t even know till date. Egbon, my story go blow later in the future. There are many hypocrites portraying themselves as NGOs, the whole world will know most of them are created to secure grants. God should please ease Men’s affairs. It’s not easy out there.”
