Sallah: Rivers CP Guarantees Safety, Hitch-free Celebrations, Deploys DPOs, Tactical Commanders To Worship Recreational Centre

The Rivers State Police Command wishes all Muslim faithful a delightful Eid-El-Kabir Sallah celebration. The Command further calls on the good people of the State to use this period of celebrations for sober reflection and to offer prayers for the peace and progress of the State and the nation at large.

While felicitating with all Muslims, the Command is calling on the religious leaders, worshippers and residents of the State to as usual, cooperate with the Police and other security agencies in the state, as adequate security arrangements have been put in place to guarantee a hitch-free celebrations in the state.

Furthermore, all Area Commanders, Divisional Police Officers and Tactical Commanders have been directed to dominate the State with overt and covert security deployments to safeguard the lives and properties of the peace-loving people of Rivers State, as well as ensuring adequate security coverage at all worship and recreational centres.
