I am disheartened by the sad news reports of a fatal road accident which occurred at a local market in the Abagana Community of Anambra State, where some lives, were lost, and others injured.

I encourage the Road Safety Commission to remain firm in implementing road safety measures and ensure that road users strictly obey road traffic rules and regulations.
